It all began with a vision: a vision of a community where sustainability in high school sports thrives. We understood that in order to make a difference, we needed to start sharing ideas and open our doors to even more like-minded individuals.

Anjan Shroff - CEO
Anjan is interested in sports, data analytics and sustainability initiatives. He is involved in the sports analytics club and has participated in various University data analytics programs. Using data analytics, Anjan recently finished a research project involving the reduction of his school’s athletics department’s carbon footprint. Likewise, he is one of the first high school ambassadors for the Green Sports Alliance and hopes to recruit more high schools to join the cause. Anjan enjoys volunteering regularly at Lakeview Food Pantry. In his free time, he enjoys watching and playing various sports, and spending time with family and friends.

Radha Munver - Chief Technology Officer
Radha is a high school senior from NJ interested in pursuing computational sustainability. She is an avid tennis player and enjoys exploring global connections through data science. She has participated in multiple internships as a software engineer and is the founder of GreenTennis, an organization dedicated to engendering sustainability in tennis. As CTO, Radha manages the web design, tech analytics, marketing, and blogs for Tackling Sustainability. She hopes to build a platform where we contribute to sustainability the smart way, following the idea of "save today, so we can use tomorrow." Above all, she envisions redefining what it means to be a player on the field and a player in society.

Max
Max from West Austin Texas, has set flight to fight environmental defacement on the golf course. From shooting eagles on his municipal course and school team, Max has graduated to advocating to local and state leaders for bills supporting preservation – demonstrating his dedication to the country through the values of the country’s emblem.
